Horrible. All 1-star reviews. Wonder why?

It doesnt work. Period. Wont connect. I have AirPlay devices, media playback devices, etc. that all work fine. And my TV can get on the network, but they app doesnt connect. Never has. Tried everything. Junk app. Do people even test their stuff anymore?
